Tier one automotive company located in the Jackson Michigan area is looking for a strong ERP speacialist.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITY

This person is responsible for implementing, maintaining, and supporting the companies North America MRP system. Acting as a lead team member, he/she will also carry out project management tasks as well as implementation of ongoing efforts in areas of: maintenance, reporting, upgrades, and support. These responsibilities will cover multiple facilities in the United States and Mexico.

DUTIES

Individual will own local MRP project management and
work to deliver a successful pilot and production launch.

Manage transition from current system to the corporate
MRP system (Microsoft Axapta/Microsoft Dynamics).

Understand current manufacturing process and data
then translate as inputs into MRP system

Manage typical project tasks not limited to:
status reporting, issue tracking, escalation, and resolution.

Act as an ongoing subject matter expert for training
and support of mission critical MRP system.

The requirements of the business may cause frequent interruptions and changing priorities. This person must function well under stress, be able to review facts and quickly make positive decisions to protect the business as needed.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Bachelors degree preferred.
Knowledge of MRP systems required (5 years).
Microsoft Axapta (aka Microsoft Dynamics) experience a plus.
