Kevin Staples is
currently an Associate Manager of the Neuro/Spine/ENT
(ear, nose & throat) Research and Development
Department, with Stryker Instruments.
He has also held positions as Senior Design
Engineer, Project Engineer, and Supervisor for
R&D. Prior
to being with Stryker, Kevin was a Structural Design
Engineer with the Boeing Corporation.
Kevin
has become the subject matter expert on Critical
Chain Project Management (CCPM) within Stryker
Instruments. CCPM
is currently executed throughout the organization,
in both Operations and R&D functions. If
executed properly, likely results of CCPM are
improved use of resources, due date performance,
budgetary accuracy and overall throughput.

Kevin holds a
Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from
Brigham
Young
University
, and will earn his Master’s Degree in Business
Administration from
Western
Michigan
University
in June 2008.
